Shipping & Delivery

We want your JRT order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times available for your destination are shown during checkout before you place your order.

Shipping options

Available delivery methods can vary by product, destination, stock location and carrier. Where available, the checkout will show the applicable delivery option and price for your address.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Products supplied from different fulfilment locations may have different processing and delivery times. If an order contains items that ship separately, you may receive more than one parcel.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you by email or through your customer account. Carrier tracking updates can take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order appears delayed, please contact us at info@jrtsolutions.eu.

Customs and import charges

For international deliveries, customs duties, import VAT or other charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law. Any charges that are legally payable by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
