These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the JRT online store operated by JRT Solutions OÜ. By placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Products and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Product colours may appear differently on different screens, and availability can change without notice before an order is accepted.

Prices and payment

Prices and any applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions securely.

Orders

After you place an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation. An order may be cancelled or unavailable in limited circumstances, such as a clear pricing error, suspected fraud, stock or fulfilment problems, or circumstances required by law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange the applicable refund.

Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns and consumer rights

Eligible consumers may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity and other rights. See our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the JRT store design, text, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.
